Stewards can read access-restricted content in order to do their work, but they can never see a contributor's sealed identity, and content sealed with the 'sealed' policy is restricted from everyone — including stewards. Every steward action records who acted and why.

Consent and takedown requests: We aim to respond to consent and takedown requests within 7 days.
